MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parents and Friends of St Mary’s,
We are moving very quickly through our term and have many items on our school calendar. Please take the time to update yourself with the school events in our newsletter.
Today we celebrated St Patrick's Day and the children enjoyed a “frog in the pond” …...Green jelly and a chocolate frog! Throughout the classrooms the students learnt who St Patrick was and how he became a Saint.
Congratulations to the Grade 3/4 students for leading our school mass today. It was lovely to come together and spend time in reflection during these uncertain times. Thank you also, to the students who sang in the choir, your magnificent voices filled our hearts with joy.
We had our final footy clinic today and all the students and staff enjoyed the drills and skills to help promote the love of footy season. Well done to all the students on the level of participation and their smiles said it all!
We look forward to welcoming you all, especially our new families to our school BBQ next Tuesday March 22nd, and 5pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to come together , share a meal and connect after time apart.
Take care,
Maria
