SENIOR CLASSROOM ACTIVITIES
STAR OF THE WEEK: During Terms 1 & 2 students have been participating in an oral presentation to their peers about themselves, this also involves a question and answer session. Students are then asked to work through the writing process, first draft, conference with a friend to see if the writing makes sense, has correct punctuation and spelling, conference with an adult in the classroom and then publish their final draft which is made into a class book. The Senior team intend to share their Star of the Week books later this term with Junior students so that they may gain a greater insight into who they are, as well as practising reading skills.
